3. License to use the Site
Subject to these Terms, BeyondEdge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your own informational and business evaluation purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, data-mine, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except as expressly permitted;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure;

5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the “Beyond Edge” name and marks, code, design, and the look and feel — are owned by BeyondEdge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership interest to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
6. Submissions and feedback
If you send us information through the Site’s contact form or by email — such as your name, email address, company, and a message — you do so voluntarily. We will use that information to respond to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the form.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Site or our services, you grant BeyondEdge a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, hosting, fonts, form processing, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BeyondEdge DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. STATEMENTS ON THE SITE ABOUT OUR SERVICES ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF ANY OUTCOME.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BeyondEdge AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
BeyondEdge’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeyondEdge and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any binding arbitration provision below, you and BeyondEdge agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and waive any objection to venue there.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Material changes will take effect when posted (or on a later stated effective date). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–11 and 14) will survive.

- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
