This Privacy Policy explains how BeyondEdge Inc., a Delaware corporation (“BeyondEdge,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the website at beyondedge.io and related pages (the “Site”). It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients under a services agreement, or any BeyondEdge product not linked to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company (optional), and the message you provide.
• Correspondence. If you email us or otherwise communicate with us, we keep those messages and the information in them.

Information collected automatically

• Server and log data. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, the pages you request, and date/time stamps.
• Cookies and local storage. The Site may use a small number of cookies or browser storage entries. See our Cookies Policy for details and choices.

2. How we use information

• respond to your inquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and follow up with you;
• operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Site;
• monitor and analyze traffic and usage trends (in aggregate where possible);
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use; and
• with your consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time.

We do not use the information from the contact form for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

If and to the extent the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site, responding to inquiries, understanding usage); consent (non-essential cookies/analytics, where required); and compliance with a legal obligation.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers / processors. Companies that host the Site, deliver email, and provide analytics or security services, acting on our instructions. Current providers include:
  • Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd.
  • Transactional / contact-form email: hello@beyondedge.io
• Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BeyondEdge, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
• With your consent or at your direction.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

• Contact-form submissions and correspondence: 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons.
• Server logs: 90 days, as set by our hosting provider.

We then delete or de-identify the information.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) for the Site and access controls for our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

United States

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; obtain a copy; correct inaccuracies; delete it; and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising and of certain profiling. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To exercise a right, email hello@beyondedge.io with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request by confirming the email address on file and respond within the timeframe required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

California “Shine the Light”: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

EEA / UK / Switzerland

If applicable law grants them, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International data transfers

BeyondEdge is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers of personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland are made under an approved transfer mechanism such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, and the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) to the extent required by applicable law.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required, notified to you.
