BEYOND EDGE

From AI Opportunity
to Product That Works

We help companies turn high-value AI opportunities into products people actually use.

From first proof to production, our senior product, design and engineering team focuses on one thing: proving value before scaling investment.

AI for Operations. AI
for Customers.

We build AI where it can change how the business actually works, whether that's automating internal workflows or creating smarter products for your customers.

AI for Operations

Automate complex workflows. Turn company knowledge into intelligent tools. Reduce repetitive work and give teams better ways to make decisions.

Examples: AI copilots · workflow automation · document processing · knowledge systems · agentic workflows

AI for Customers

Build AI directly into the customer experience, from intelligent features inside existing products to entirely new AI-native products.

Examples: AI assistants · intelligent search · recommendations · personalization · AI-native SaaS

Start Focused. Prove
Value. Scale What
Works.

We take AI from opportunity to prototype, from prototype to production, and from production to company-wide scale.

AI projects get expensive when companies try to solve too much before proving enough. We start with the smallest meaningful opportunity, define what success looks like, and build enough to test it with real users and real workflows. If it works, we scale it. If it doesn't, you learn before making the larger investment.

Senior by Default.
Product by Nature.

Product thinking, design, design engineering, software engineering, and AI, in one senior team.

The people you meet are the people who build. No junior delivery layer and no handoff from sales to a different team. Senior product, design and engineering people stay close to the problem from first conversation through launch.

Case studies

Proof, in production.

A few problems we've taken from the first call to a product people use every day.

Case study — Contact centre

Every call reviewed.
Not one in a hundred.

The problem

Coaches could only listen to a handful of calls a week. The mistakes that cost sales, the missed question, the objection nobody answered, were spread across thousands of conversations.

What we built

Every conversation is transcribed and analysed, what the customer wanted, what was missed, how the agent handled it, with specific coaching for each person.

$2M → $6M Increased revenue in 12 months after rollout
3% → 100% of calls scored (100+ calls per day)

Case study — CRM reporting

“Show me where
we're losing money.”

The problem

The default dashboards are built for an average business that doesn't exist, and building your own means fighting with widgets, axes and filters. So most people never bother. They just read reports that don't answer their question.

What we built

An AI agent over the CRM layer. You describe what you want to know, in your own words. It works out which data matters, picks the chart, sets the axes and the grouping, and builds the report for you.

  • Which reps lose deals after the second call?
  • Where did last quarter's pipeline stall?
  • Show me repeat customers by branch.

Case study — Fintech

From raw Excel
to sales tool.

The problem

For four years, reps closed deals by screen-sharing a spreadsheet. The client watched someone else's cursor instead of seeing their own numbers, and left the call with nothing in hand.

What we built

An interactive ROI calculator. Reps bundle products live on the call, apply discounts without breaking the pricing logic, and send a polished PDF the client keeps. Ops updates prices themselves, no developer needed.

$400,000+ in closed deals attributed directly to the tool

Case study — EdTech

2–3 months of work.
Now a matter of days.

The problem

An SAT prep company needed around 1,500 practice quizzes built out of hundreds of textbooks. Charts, diagrams and maths formulas meant every page had to be rebuilt by hand. Two to three months of work before students could use any of it.

What we built

A system that reads each book, understands how the page is laid out, and turns the questions, graphs and formulas into ready-to-use quizzes. A person checks the output before it goes live.

~1,500 quizzes built
10–15 min per book
400+ books adapted

Core Team

One team from question to production. Product strategy, UX, AI and software engineering work together from day one, so you're not passing requirements between separate strategy, design and development vendors.

How we engage

From Question
to Production

Five steps from a first conversation to a product in real use, each one earning the next.

  1. Call 30 min

Understand the problem and decide whether we're a fit.

  2. Discovery 1–2 weeks

Define the opportunity, users, constraints and success criteria.

  3. Proof 2–4 weeks

Build and test the smallest version capable of proving the idea.

  4. Build 6–12+ weeks

Turn the validated concept into a reliable production product.

  5. Scale Ongoing

Improve the product using real usage, economics and customer feedback.

Most companies don't need more AI demos. They need to know which opportunities are worth pursuing and how to turn the right ones into products.

Beyond Edge combines product strategy, design and AI engineering in one senior team, so the same people who help decide what should be built are responsible for making it work.
